Our venues are designed to accommodate events of all sizes, offering both elegance and versatility.
From plated dinners to buffet options, our customizable menus cater to all tastes and dietary needs.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 5-7 days before the event.
We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or invoice (credit/debit card options available upon request).
Prices are subject to change until the deposit is received and aggrement is signed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable.
One-time reschedule allowed with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
Time & Overtime
Your booking includes setup and breakdown time within the total hours.
Additional time will be charged at $200/hour, billed in full-hour increments.
Early access must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed.
Alcohol & Security
Events serving alcohol must hire a licensed bartender and include security, which we can provide at an additional cost.
No underage drinking is permitted. ID checks may be enforced.
Clean-Up & Damage
Basic cleaning is included, but all decorations, trash, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of your rental time.
A $300 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned within 3–5 business days if no damages are found.
Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Pet & Animal Guidelines
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Pets are permitted upon approval and subject to a $100 accommodation fee per stay
Animals are limited to designated indoor areas (first floor) and outdoor grounds
Pets must remain supervised at all times and may not be left unattended inside the home
To preserve the quality of the space, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and disposing of all pet waste
Any damages or additional cleaning required will be addressed accordingly
Guest Responsibility & Liability
As the event host, you are fully responsible for the behavior and actions of your guests. Hillside View is not liable for any damages, injuries, disturbances, or incidents caused by your attendees during the event. Please ensure your guests respect the venue and adhere to all rules and guidelines.
Prohibited
No smoking inside the venue.
No open flames (candles must be enclosed).
No glitter, confetti, or smoke machines unless approved in advance.
Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to take photos/videos during events (with your permission) for promotional use on our website and social media.
Let us know in advance if you do not consent to media use.
All events hosted at the property must comply with applicable local and state regulations, including Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 (Noise Regulation), Ordinance No. 348 (Land Use & Temporary Events), and relevant provisions of the California Fire Code and Public Safety Codes. By booking or using the property, the event host assumes full responsibility for all guests, vendors, and activities on-site. Use of the property is at your own risk, and the property owner shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, theft, or damages that may occur. The host is responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, legally, and within permitted limits, including guest count, noise levels, and event duration. Any required permits, licenses, or approvals must be obtained by the host prior to the event.
The event host agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damages to the property, including but not limited to structural damage, fire or smoke damage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by guests, vendors, or equipment. All activities involving amplified sound, staging, lighting, open flames, or large installations must be approved in advance and comply with local safety regulations. Failure to adhere to these terms or any violation of local laws may result in immediate termination of the event without refund, and the host will be responsible for any fines, penalties, or repair costs incurred. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to operate in full compliance with all applicable laws and accept full liability for the use of the property.
